Ryan Williams

Kazuhiko Kushibe brings more than 40 years of experience exploring health, wellbeing, human potential, and personal development through both Japanese and Western perspectives.

His journey began in 1983 through formative experiences that deeply shaped his understanding of human wellbeing, consciousness, and the connection between mind and body. During this time, he became involved in early transpersonal and holistic wellness movements in Japan, including participation in the First International Transpersonal Conference held at the Kyoto International Conference Center while supporting music therapist Fumio Miyashita.

Kazuhiko was strongly influenced by the Esalen approach to human potential, holistic wellness, and mind-body awareness. He also learned from influential figures such as Rita Rohen, whose warmth, kindness, and compassionate approach to helping others left a lasting impression on him, as well as Kazumi Masaki's ideas regarding vibration, intention, and human potential.

These early experiences inspired a lifelong interest in the relationship between frequency, mindset, wellbeing, and natural approaches to supporting quality of life — areas that strongly resonate with the philosophy behind Genius Insight and remote biofeedback technologies.

From 1999 to 2008, Kazuhiko lived and operated a health-related business in California, USA, gaining firsthand experience with Western wellness culture, international business, and the cultural differences between Japan and the West regarding health, trust, lifestyle, and personal responsibility.

Today, Kazuhiko is passionate about helping people make informed and meaningful choices for themselves. His philosophy is centered on offering perspectives, education, and compassionate guidance so individuals can confidently choose what feels right for their own lives.

He believes true wellbeing comes through the balance of Body, Mental, and Financial Health, and hopes to help support the Japanese Genius Insight community through education, cultural understanding, and trusted guidance.

Izumi Nishi is a Japanese creative entrepreneur, author, and advocate for personal growth and self-discovery.

She holds a Master's degree in Education and has spent many years helping people develop greater confidence, self-awareness, and wellbeing through her work in education, wellness, and personal development.

As an author, she wrote the picture book "To Everyone Who Can't Love Themselves," inspired by her own journey of self-acceptance and personal transformation.

She is also the founder of Spring West, a creative brand specializing in one-of-a-kind dresses made from vintage Japanese kimonos, preserving traditional craftsmanship while giving it new life.

Izumi believes that understanding ourselves more deeply allows us to live with greater purpose, authenticity, and fulfillment.

As a Japan Ambassador for Genius Insight Remote Biofeedback, she helps introduce and support Japanese users in exploring the platform and understanding the value of personalized biofeedback technology.
